Rovix AI Reputex ("the Service") helps businesses manage Google review replies. It syncs reviews from a connected Google Business Profile and creates reply drafts that the user can review, edit and approve. The Service can also prepare a profile description and service list for the connected Business Profile, which is sent to Google only when the user approves it. Google handles the sign-in, and ReputeX never sees or stores the user's Google password.
By connecting your Google account, you authorise Rovix AI Reputex to, on your behalf:
You can disconnect your Google account at any time from the Locations page. This revokes ReputeX access to that account.
Reply drafts, and any profile description or service list the Service prepares, are generated with AI. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before it is published to Google. You retain full editorial control and can edit or reject any suggestion.

Paid plans are billed according to the price and billing period shown at checkout. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Monthly access lasts for the billing period shown at checkout. We do not automatically charge a saved card, so each renewal is paid by you. We will remind you before the next payment is due. If the next payment is not received, dashboard access pauses at the end of the paid period and resumes after payment is received.
Annual plans are paid once for 12 months. They do not renew automatically.
A plan covers every business location on the Google account you connect. Discount codes apply to the plan and billing period stated when the code is issued, and each code may be used once per customer.
The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for changes Google makes to its platform or policies, for the ranking outcomes of your profile, or for content you approve and publish. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months.
